yahoo running an article on Pelosi's letter with the "truths" of how President Trump created the crisis and destroyed the economy. Total BS article praising pelosi.

Many top comments calling out the article as bull and Normies pointing many facts that dispute pelosi's falsehoods. May be a few Anons too from the diggz.

sampling (not the full comments - some are long)

Most of this is copy and paste

Jan. 20: The first human-to-human transmission was reported by a Chinese expert

Jan 22 Trump "we have it totally under control. It’s one person coming in from China, and we have it under control. It’s going to be just fine."

Jan 23, Chinese authorities implemented a strict nationwide travel ban, but allowed International flights.

Good Morning America

"People should be more concerned right now with the flu in this country."

"After Trump in January declared a “humanitarian and security crisis" during a primetime Oval Office address, Sen. Chuck Schumer, speaking beside House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, said Trump was working to “manufacture a crisis, stoke fear and divert attention from the turmoil in his administration."

Party leader Tom Perez also called it “manufactured.”

January 31st, President Trump announced restrictions on travel to and from China in response to Coronavirus. HHS Sec. Alex Azar declared a Public Health Emergency and Joe Biden called it “Hysterical Xenophobia” and “Fear Mongering”.

Very simple to support Trump's effort. On February 25th there were 15 cases of corona in the US. Total. On March 1st, the 1st American died of coronavirus. On January 29th a China travel ban was imposed. On March 12th, a European travel ban was imposed.

I look around this world and see many Countries in similar battles to keep people safe. I do not understand blaming an individual when it is clear that no Country was ready for this. What I do understand is political grandstanding. We need term limits so we can stop making the same mistakes with the same people making them.

He was busy being impeached yet he was taking action. He's the only one that has done anything for America, like him or not it's the truth. The Democrats have done NOTHING and if someone thinks they have, please list their accomplishments.

The truth is that they predicted millions of lives lost, then 200,000 then 100,000 and now likely less than 50,000. Nancy was encouraging people to attend the Chinese festivals in March, Deblasio told NYC to lead your normal life ON MARCH 11th… I guess they didn't really want to do these obviously egregious things, but Trump must have told them to do it

I find it funny Congress is on recess. The rest of us have essential jobs, I guess.

Reason #6,357 why I will be voting for President Donald Trump

Looking through the comments, I heartened to see that the majrity see right through Pelosi. She hopes to turn attention away from her and her parties missteps by pointing fingers at Trump. She should follow her own advice.

Pelosi and her Democarat buddies held up the entire US response with a partisan impeachment that they all knew would go nowhere until February. She's just as much at fault for the loss of life.

if I remember correctly… she was the one holding the bill up for two weeks while we could of gave money to our health care workers… instead of healthcare workers and Americans she has to make sure she held up everyone's lives and give 300 million to illegal immigrants…

Pelosi adding all of those extras to the Wuhan coronavirus stimulus package was no different than those that loot in the aftermath of a natural disaster.

DOD Continues Global Military Operations Even as It Battles COVID-19

(DoD News April 14)

https://www.defense.gov/Explore/News/Article/Article/2150118/dod-continues-global-military-operations-even-as-it-battles-covid-19/

Even as the Defense Department supports the whole-of-government response to the COVID-19 pandemic, it continues its vital national security missions, Defense Secretary Dr. Mark T. Esper said.

Esper and Army Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, held a Pentagon news conference today on DOD's support for the nation's COVID-19 response. Esper also gave examples of some of the security missions DOD has undertaken, including:

Conducting counterterrorism missions in Africa, the Middle East and Afghanistan;

Conducting freedom of navigation operations around the world;

Monitoring North Korean weapons tests;

Improving the U.S. defensive posture in Iraq;

Escorting Russian bombers out of U.S. airspace;

Deterring Iran's aggressive behavior;

Working with Afghan security forces and Operation Resolute

Support partners in Afghanistan;

Continuing enhanced counternarcotics operations in the U.S.

Southern Command area of responsibility;

Working with NATO allies in Europe; and

Continuing to defend U.S. interests in space.

And last month, the Space Force launched its first satellite into orbit, Esper noted.

Regarding North Korean weapons tests, Milley said the intelligence analysis of their recent missile launches would take a few days, but the tests were short-range and not particularly provocative or threatening.

Regarding COVID-19, Milley said there are going to be a lot of lessons learned, and a comprehensive after-action review will follow. It won't be business as usual after the pandemic, the chairman said.

"There are countries out there in states that are very fragile that are in various states of civil war and have violence internal to their societies," he said. "There's significant stress as a result of the COVID-19 virus on the internal politics of other countries. There's a significant stress on their economies, on resources. There's risk of instability, So, no, it's not going to be business as usual. We've got to take a hard look at how we, the Department of Defense, conduct operations in the future."
