I ran topless clubs for decades. My eyes were opened when I found out about the outlaw biker gangs having motels full of girls from columbia and other places. This took place in Charlotte, NC. They paid off city officials all the time.
They used the topless clubs as money laundering operations.

They also have a computer expert that lives in a trailer behind a building that monitors their entire operation located inside the red circle. This was a while back. Not sure if they moved operations. This is the property that they would store all of their equipment to use in their clubs and other buildings.
