technically speaking,

all the "non-essential" workers and schools kids who have been self-isolated since March 16 should be considered Wuhan Flu Free. They have been quarantined for over 4 weeks, twice as long as the designated quarantine period.

So remember, if you've been self-isolating and somebody expresses concern, you can honestly tell them you meet and exceed the State's guidelines for being Wuhan Flu Free.

Agree, if an occupation pays the bills it is Essential. If it gives you peace of mind or purpose, it's Essential.

And the States always considers the sales taxes, income taxes, property taxes, school taxes, utility fees, gas tax, vehicle registration & insurance as Essential.
