Person has these emojis all over his instagram, sometimes in context sometimes in very suspicious context, in addition to being pictured in hot dog clothes/apparel and taking trips to Central America and Europe.

Am I deranged for thinking this person is involved in bad shit? I don't think I am, but I'm willing to be convinced otherwise.
