Hunter Biden is many things. Ukrainian energy expert, artist, stripper impregnator, crack aficionado. Oh, and he's still a board member of a Chinese private equity firm he said he'd resign from last October, according to Chinese business records reported by the Daily Caller.
Hunter Biden’s lawyer, George Mesires, told the Daily Caller News Foundation in early November that his client had resigned from BHR’s board, but he did not provide any evidence of his departure from the Chinese private equity firm at the time.
Chinese business records the DCNF accessed Tuesday still name Hunter Biden as a director of BHR. He also retains a 10% equity stake in BHR through his company, Skaneateles LLC, business records for the Chinese private equity firm show. -Daily Caller
In October, Biden pledged to leave the company, BHR Partners, a private equity fund backed by some of China's largest state banks, local government and the national pension fund, by the end of that month.
According to BHR's website, they manage $2.1 billion in assets. Biden, who remained an unpaid board member since its founding in 2013, obtained his equity stake in the firm in October, 2017 valued at $420,000 according to his attorney, Mesires. '

BERLIN — The federal German prosecutor's agency announced on Wednesday that five alleged Islamic State members were arrested in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia for planning terrorism attacks against US forces.
“They jointly founded a so-called cell in Germany. They initially planned to travel to Tajikistan to take part in fighting against the government as part of the armed ‘jihad.’ After the accused had refrained from this project, they now intended to commit fatal attacks in Germany,” said the prosecutor in a statement.
The suspected Islamic State members formed their terror cell in January, 2019.

Disgruntled jihadists threaten to behead Turkish soldiers in Idlib
BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:15 P.M.) – Some disgruntled jihadist rebels recently took a video in which they threatened to behead Turkish Army soldiers along the M-4 Highway (Aleppo-Latakia Highway) in the Idlib Governorate.
In the video released by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) can be seen filming right next to Turkish Army soldiers near the town of Al-Nayrab in eastern Idlib.
The jihadist in the video then states that he likes the Turkish military, so he will ‘behead’ them and leave their heads along the road.
“W really like you, so we will behead you God willing. Do not be afraid, we will not take your heads with us, we will leave them on the highway,” jihadist warns.
This video was likely taken around the same time that Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham militants confronted a Turkish military patrol near the town of Al-Nayrab.
During the confrontation, some of the jihadist rebels fired shots at the Turkish military, prompting the latter to break up the protest and take control of the highway.

A FIR has also been registered against the culprits. Minorities in Pakistan are facing persecution as they are regularly being threatened by the Muslims to convert to Islam.

An earthquake at 4.7 registered at Syrian coast
Damascus, SANA – An earthquake was registered at 4.7 on the Richter Scale on Wednesday morning at the Syrian coast at a depth of 40 km to the north of Lattakia city.
The National Center for Seismic Monitoring said that the earthquake occurred at 22:40 a.m.local time, and was felt by people in some Syrian cities, Turkey and Cyprus.
The Center said an aftershock was also registered at 4.6 on Richter Scale at 11:18 a.m. at a depth of 38 km, northwest of Lattakia city.
The Center added that two aftershocks were registered at 3.0 and 2.0 on Richter Scale at 01:47 a.m. at a depth of 20 km and 07 km away from Lattakia.

Armed men board oil tanker off Iranian coast
Unidentified armed men have boarded a Hong Kong-flagged oil tanker off the coast of Iran near the strategic Strait of Hormuz, a British monitoring organization and a private intelligence firm reported.
The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Organization said the vessel was boarded on April 14 while anchored just off the Iranian coast in the Sea of Oman, but added that the ship was later released.
The organization urged vessels in the area to “stay vigilant.”
Dryad Global, a private maritime intelligence firm, said it was unclear whether the vessel had been in distress or was being assisted by Iran.

California County Bans Singing During Online Church Services, ‘Abortions Are Essential, But Singing in a Streamed Worship Service is Just Too Unsafe’
Mendocino County in California is being criticized for banning singing while churches are recording their online services, unless the people are singing from home.
The county issued the order on Good Friday and it extends through May 10.
Per the order, there can only be four people recording from one place and “no singing or use of wind instruments, harmonicas or other instruments that could spread COVID-19 through projected droplets shall be permitted unless the recording of the event is done at one’s residence.” The order that also applies to concert halls, auditoriums, temples and playhouses.
Dr. R. Albert Mohler Jr., a theologian and ordained minister, and serves as president of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, penned a powerful op-ed slamming the order as a violation of religious freedom.
