So…the globalist-scum-owned-and-controlled demonrats don't want American workers who work for small businesses - the backbone of any nation's economy - to receive any money unless the demands of the demonrats globalist scum owners are met, first, do they?

Well…how about this idea: President Trump should set up a committee, something like the Small Business Department, and then have the Treasury "loan" the money, from the Treasury to the Small Business Department and have the new SBD distribute the money directly to those small businesses qualifying for the funding.

This will bypass the corrupt demonrat clowns in the bastardized version of the "house" the globalist scum owners of the demonrats demanded; allowing the funding to go directly to the SBD and the loans to go directly to the businesses rather than the Administration having to ask the demonrats for anything.

No need for the garbage from the corrupt, treasonous demonrats as it is a loan and not a grant. Later, perhaps after the beginning of President Trump's Second Term, those loans can be 'forgiven' - while we are watching the evil ones "dancing in the air."
