Is this why they are continuing the bullshit theatrics of the "pro forma" sessions? They think they are keeping themselves from getting arrested/indicted/charged by playing a technical game of the House/Senate being "in session".

I think the threat of POTUS to formally adjourn Congress using the powers he has has a deeper layer of meaning.

It's more than just getting nominees through.

If both Houses are formally adjourned, their protection against getting arrested/indicted/charged is also removed?

If POTUS wants the economy to really take off and "be bigger than it was before", he needs to abolish the personal income taxes. There are too many disincentives for people to be as productive and creative as they can be. The middle class gets crushed to keep them from actually creating real wealth.

The IRS has been weaponized by prior Administrations and is used for social control to bludgeon and terrorize the peasants.

End the Fed.

End the Personal Income Tax.

Abolish the IRS.

A new Agency can collect corporate and tariff taxes.

Hands off the little people.
