>Lady has been given the run around about her SBA loan application
>Her bank won't tell her anything and the SBA won't tell her anything
>CSR agent has a breakdown mid-call
>Tells her the reason nobody can tell her anything is that all loan applications are being held in a third party database offsite
>Only the people running the SBA and Chuck Schumer have access, so he can't check on her application even if he wanted to
