You think of what their "recommended diet" is and you have a basic understanding of how everything works…. and knowing what we know now about all of this shit that is going on…. maybe they figured out that 50% or some percentage of the population was susceptible to liberalism if they were told what to eat. Ever notice that "muh butter muh eggs muh bread" is the worst stuff you can possibly eat nowadays? Sally Fallon's book is one of my favorites but I don't have sources for some of her stuff.
