I'd love to subscribe to this too, but I think the left (and most people, either side) have a DEEP NEED to figure out whatever they're gonna end up believing FOR THEMSELVES. They need to feel like the smart one. Like THEY figured out what was going on and that no one can pull the wool over their eyes. I think that's basic human nature.
