Mostly agree. The Chinese people CAN be just but a significant part of its general population has been so conditioned to corruption that it will take at least 2 generations of real freedom (better than our recent "post-Cold War" Warsaw Pact example) to wipe that slate clean. Right now China is a den of thieving heathens.
