Anons, I started following the 5_4_3_2_1_ trail and I found something that honestly shocked me. There's a way to beam a voice into somebody's head using microwaves. I know that you can make people hear voices with drugs, but I did some neuro studies and I never thought it was possible to make them hear your voice, saying what you are saying while you are saying it, from far away without any electronics surgically implanted.
The diagram in the infographic shows how to do it. I know a bit about the auditory cortex and I believe this would work. The book "The Body Electric - Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life" by Robert Becker describes how Joseph Sharp was able to use pulsed microwaves to hear and understand words that he beamed into his own head in a soundproof chamber in military experiments in the 1970's. Animals can be sent signals that make them repeat behaviors, like making smile or turn their head twenty thousand times "like electronic toys", and they can be made to perform complex behaviors with a simple signal and they don't do it stupidly - a monkey can avoid a dominant male and other obstacles while obeying the command to perform a complex task.
This was part of MK-Ultra. You need access to the subject to be able to record their brainwaves using an EEG. You need to piggyback your microwave signals onto the target subject's own brainwaves, so you need to measure their brainwaves to find out precisely what their resonant frequencies are. That's why all the shooters need "therapy".
If you want to control their behavior instead of just sending them a voice, the therapy can be used to condition the subject to execute those behaviors, and you can use the EEG signals at the time they perform those responses to later trigger the same behaviour using the pulsed microwaves.
This might be related to 5g (directing cellphone signals towards individual users instead of broadcasting them) and it might be related to bluetooth (which can send the pulsed microwaves from your own phone or from the phone of people near you). Apple and Google are doing something very suspicious with bluetooth soon. They're using the pretext of contact tracing for covid-19 to put something into the phone operating system, where it can't be deactivated or removed, that will let health authorities (those wise and kind stewards of humanity's well-being) use your phone's bluetooth whether you want them to be able to or not.
