A shooting was caught on camera last Friday after a car crash in a busy St. Louis City intersection. The crash and shooting took place on Lindell and Sarah near the Central West End.

Two men were seen arguing after the crash in the middle of Lindell Boulevard when one man pulled out a gun and started shooting.

The entire episode was caught on camera.

But St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner let the shooter walk free the next day without filing charges.

Gardner didn’t care.

She continues to allow violent criminals to walk free in St. Louis.

Who knows how many untold millions of dollars out of the massive $2.2 trillion CARES Act will be sent to dead people? We did the math below.

It is happening. As Republican Congressman from Kentucky Thomas Massie — who it must be recalled was a 'lone voice in the wilderness' seeking to torpedo the bill as it added to the national debt and increased Federal Reserve secrecy and power, among other things — ranted on Twitter Wednesday just as some 80 million Americans received their direct deposits: "Ok this is insane, but just the tip of the iceberg."

Rep. Massie said he later confirmed "this actually just happened" — stimulus checks are going out to deceased people.

Likely more such stories will inundate the media in the coming days and weeks as more unprecedented federal 'helicopter money' is simply booted out the door… who knows where it lands.

Massie followed up by saying the unnamed deceased man's estate did file his taxes for 2018 following his death. Further, it's common in such instances of the recently departed that a joint bank account be held in the name of living and non-living people.

As a separate report documenting instances of dead Americans receiving checks indicates: "Actually, stimulus checks are being cut (or money is being deposited into recipient accounts) based on who filed 2019 taxes. And if taxes haven’t yet been filed for last year (the new deadline isn’t until July 15), the Treasury is using 2018 returns."

"Obviously, that has the potential to expand the pool of deceased Americans who stand to benefit from the law," the report concludes.

This certainly isn't the first time this has happened, but the coronavirus stimulus is unprecedented and massive on a scale before unseen. In 2017 for example, at least 72,000 deceased citizens received checks under Obama's long-term economic stimulus program.

Hundreds of people on social media have shared stories of receiving payments for relatives who passed away in 2018 or 2019.

THOUSANDS of Michigan citizens, business owners and conservatives protested against tyrannical governor Whitmer and the sheriffs are backing the citizens.

A group of sheriffs announced they will not enforce some of Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s executive orders on the same day thousands rallied against state-mandated shelter-in-place orders outside the state Capitol in Lansing.

Sheriffs Mike Borkovich, Ted Schendel, Ken Falk, and Kim Cole of Michigan’s 101st District released a press statement Wednesday afternoon detailing what they said was their decision to place their oath to the Constitution above Whitmer’s wishes.

“We write today to inform the public for our respective counties of our opposition to some of Governor Whitmer’s executive orders. While we understand her desire to protect the public, we question some restrictions that she has imposed as overstepping her executive authority,” read the letter signed by each sheriff.

“Each of us took an oath to uphold and defend the Michigan Constitution, as well as the US Constitution, and to ensure that your God given rights are not violated. We believe that we are the last line of defense in protecting your civil liberties,” the sheriffs added.

German court rules blanket ban on demonstrations ‘UNCONSTITUTIONAL’ as Merkel plans easing of Covid-19 restrictions

Covid-19 health concerns are not grounds for a general ban on public demonstrations, a German court has ruled, after activists took a case arguing that Berlin’s current restrictions on public gatherings are unconstitutional.

If they adhere to social distancing rules, Germans should have the right to hold political protests, the Constitutional Court said in the Thursday ruling.

Activists in Giessen, a town in the federal state of Hesse, had planned a protest march to denounce new rules that ban gatherings of more than two people in public, arguing that they were in breach of the country’s constitution and citizens’ right to free assembly.

The court agreed, saying that an outright ban on such gatherings would be unconstitutional and asked authorities to review the measures.

The activists had petitioned the Constitutional Court after two lower court rulings affirmed the ban. The ruling was not an outright victory for the activists, however, as the court did not say that the planned demonstration could go ahead – despite the fact that organizers had vowed to adhere to social distancing rules.

The lower courts’ rulings were determined to have “violated the constitutional right to assembly.”

The ruling could pave the way for street demonstrations during the pandemic and came a day after Chancellor Angela Merkel said the country would begin to slowly lift some restrictions, including the limited reopening of some shops next week and of schools from early May.

Merkel also assured Germans that the country’s hospitals are not overwhelmed and that there has been “fragile intermediate success” in fighting the virus. She also urged citizens to wear protective masks when shopping or on public transport.

Both left and right-wing activists in Germany have taken issue with the measures and restrictions introduced to slow the spread of the virus in Germany, with the conservative Alternative for Germany criticizing the move to shut churches even over Easter. Meanwhile, left-wing groups declared they would go ahead with May 1 Labor Day festivities, regardless of guidance from Berlin.

Commentary: Tyrants are using the coronavirus to bully the American people. It's time to put a stop to it.

We are the rulers. We call the shots.

You may have thought after watching patriots in Michigan, Kentucky, and North Carolina defiantly protest their lockdown status, as well as sheriffs in Michigan telling their governor in writing that they refused to comply with her tyrannical nonsense, that the old saying “desperate times call for desperate measures" was in full effect.

But you would be wrong.

These are indeed desperate times, but what they call for is the sort of action that true citizens should have been engaged in on a regular basis before it ever got to this point. Protest and self-government isn't remotely close to a desperate measure. It's your danged birthright as an American.

I think that's what President Trump really means when he repeatedly says America wasn't built to be shut down. The context he's addressing usually relates to the economy, to be sure, but it is a transcendent notion above and beyond even that one monumental issue.

We have allowed ourselves to be bullied as citizens of a constitutional republic for far too long. This country belongs first and foremost to “We the people," but the so-called “experts" have seduced us into believing we could somehow put this entire experiment in liberty on cruise control while pursuing our various Epicurean delights and leaving the heavy lifting to others. Expert-in-Chief Anthony Fauci embodies this spirit of the age, as he simultaneously doubts we'll ever be able to shake hands again while signing off on strangers using Tinder to hook up and swap bodily fluids.

Give those others an inch, though, and they'll take a hellish mile. They did it on taxes and debt. On religious liberty. On gender. On life. And each time, instead of rubbing their nose in it like a dog who made a mess on the carpet inside, we shrugged and often re-elected them. We inverted the master/servant relationship.

What we should have been doing all along is treating these usurpers on both the political left and right as Trump treated the press pool earlier this week, with his fantastic video montage of their bias and hypocrisy. Absolutely no quarter. One reporter seemed to actually be begging for mercy when he whined, “Why would you do that?" Because you deserve it, that's why. And the tarring and feathering will continue until morale improves.

You deserved it for betraying your nation and choosing fiction over truth, just as every bureaucrat and civil servant does when they forget who they work for and what God they serve. Our rights come from Him and Him alone, and they can't be suspended or forfeited by force for any reason — including a virus that has been twisted out of all proportion to be used as a political weapon.

First China did it, and then all the power hungry little Barney Fifes and Karens in our country dialed their lust for controlling other people's lives up to 11 as well. Why wouldn't they? We've been giving up ground to them for so long that they've forgotten what a good tarring and feathering feels like. They believe us to be beneath them, and by our lack of action we have actually shown them to be effectively correct on that front.

This is a Republic, said Benjamin Franklin, if only we can keep it. That means we need to draw lines in the sand always and everywhere to protect the true nature of our relationship with government — government by the consent of the governed.

We are the rulers. We call the shots. And to that end, we are grateful the president seems ready, willing and able to return this great nation to its rightful owners. However, if you truly want to see him deliver on that instinct, don't just assume he will, or even can, do it without you. In politics, you should always hold your allies to a higher standard than your adversaries. Why expect more from those who hate you than you do those who claim otherwise? Trump is not our mosaic deliverer — we are. He is to carry out our deliverance, not initiate it.

Let us never again forget who we were destined to be as Americans and children of God. We weren't built to be shut down. We were built to rise up, and prove ourselves worthy of the lives, fortunes, and sacred honors sacrificed on our behalf, long before any of us knew what a coronavirus was.

Facebook constructs bot-based universe to test out scenarios for manipulating humans, but don’t worry, it’s safe

Facebook has debuted a “web-enabled simulation” in which a population of bots it has created based on real users can duke it out – supposedly to help the platform deal with bad actors. But it’s not totally isolated from reality.

The social media behemoth’s new playpen for malevolent bots and their simulated victims is described in a company paper released on Wednesday with the ultra-bland, ’please, don’t read this, ordinary humans’ title of “WES: Agent-based User Interaction Simulation on Real Infrastructure.”

While the writers have cloaked their and their bots’ activities in several layers of academic language, the report reveals their creations are interacting through the real-life Facebook platform, not a simulation. The bots are set up to model different “negative” behaviors – scamming, phishing, posting 'wrongthink' – that Facebook wants to curtail, and the simulation allows Facebook to tweak its control mechanisms for suppressing these behaviors.

Even though the bots are technically operating on real-life Facebook, with only the thinnest veil of programming separating them from interacting with real-world users, the researchers seem convinced enough of their ability to keep fantasy and reality separate that they feel comfortable hinting in the paper of new and different ways of invading Facebook users’ privacy.

Because the WW bots are isolated from affecting real users, they can be trained to perform potentially privacy-violating actions on each other.

But these nosy bots aren’t wholly walled off from reality by any means. “A smaller group of read-only bots will need to read real user actions and react to them in the simulation,” Input Mag pointed out in its coverage of the unusual experiment, pointing out that the bots’ masters “haven’t decided whether to completely sandbox the bots or simply use a restricted version of the platform.” The outlet described Facebook’s goal in creating this simulation as building “its own virtual Westworld" – the western-themed, robot-populated, quasi-dystopic Disneyland of HBO’s popular sci-fi series.

Denmark to set up new agency tasked with repatriating illegal migrants

The Danish government is in the process of creating a new authority whose only task will be to repatriate illegal migrants.

To fend off the increasingly popular nationalist parties in the country, the Social Democrats – the party with the most seats in Denmark’s parliament – have prioritized the expulsion of illegal migrants.

Operating under the Ministry of Immigration and Integration, the “home travel agency”, will begin its operations on August 1st, and will be in charge of sending foreigners without legal residence in Denmark back to their homelands.

“It is important for the government that illegal immigrants travel home. We have had the Danish immigration service for many years. It provides, among other things, residence permits for refugees and family reunions. Now we set up the Home Travel Agency to ensure that people also return home when they are not allowed to be inDenmark,” Denmark’s Foreign and Integration Minister Mattias Tesfaye said.

“An authority that only works with home trips. I think it makes sense,” Tesfaye adds.

Asked Whether China Censored Early Coronavirus Data, Senior WHO Official Said He ‘Didn’t Look’

Senior World Health Organization (WHO) Official Dr. Bruce Aylward was asked point blank on February 24 whether the Chinese government had censored early coronavirus data, to which he responded that he “didn’t look.”

Aylward is a senior advisor to the WHO director general and led a “fact finding” mission in China from Feb 9 to Feb 24 to study the coronavirus. He praised the the Chinese government’s handling of the disease at great length at a Beijing press conference summarizing the mission’s findings, until a BBC reporter pressed him on China’s history of censorship, according to a transcript of the event.

“My question to you is this: You obviously spoke to people in Wuhan, the doctors, the people on the front lines. What extent do you think cover up and censorship played a role in allowing the virus to accelerate at the rate it did?” the reporter asked during the Q&A segment.

Aylward responded by saying his mission in China was focused on what worked, not what went wrong.

Judge Charged For Allegedly Letting An Illegal Alien Escape Says She’s Victim Of Political Bias

A Massachusetts judge charged with obstruction of justice for allegedly conspiring an illegal alien’s escape from an immigration agent is saying that she is the victim of political bias.

Shelley Joseph, who has since been suspended from her position as a Newton District Court judge, is accusing the man prosecuting her of bias toward tough immigration enforcement, according to a 12-page letter filed by her attorney. Joseph’s defense team is requesting the court review files that demonstrate evidence of “political bias” by U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling, immigration officials and “grossly improper leaks” to the media.

There was supposed to be a hearing in April on Joseph’s motion to dismiss the case, but it was postponed to June due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Joseph, along with retired court officer Wesley MacGregor, is accused of assisting an illegal alien escape through the back door of a courthouse in April 2018 to avoid an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent waiting in the lobby outside the courtroom.

The ICE officer had arrived at Newton District Court to apprehend Jose Medina-Perez, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic who was at the courthouse because he was linked to a DUI charge in Pennsylvania. The ICE officer waited in the lobby, expecting him to eventually be released so he could make an arrest.

During a sidebar conversation between Joseph, Medina-Perez’s defense attorney and the assistant district attorney, it was relayed to Joseph that an ICE officer was waiting outside to apprehend him. She then asked the clerk to turn the courtroom recorder off — an apparent move to conceal the conversation and a violation of Massachusetts courtroom rules, according to the indictment.

Known as “Los Billy’s,” the gang gained prominence in late 2019 as many independent methamphetamine distributors in the Monterrey area joined their ranks. The rush to an alliance came after the Cartel Del Noreste (CDN) faction of Los Zetas began a bloodthirsty turf push in Nuevo Leon. Using a join-or-die strategy, the CDN began killing hundreds of rivals throughout the metro area. The tactic has drawn so much attention that Nuevo Leon officials are naming the CDN responsible for more than 80 percent of the murders in Monterrey alone.

According to law enforcement intelligence obtained by Breitbart Texas from U.S. officials in Nuevo Leon, most of the independent drug distributors refused to work with the CDN due to the cartel’s ruthless nature and zero-sum practices, which tend to affect profit margins. Through sheer necessity, some street dealers formed alliances to fight the CDN.
