Okay, so if I'm reading and understanding this correctly, we're getting ready to re-open the country. Here's how it's going to work.

Those of you who are non-essential will be tested first. Either at a local test station when your number is called, or by a visiting FEMA team who will test you for COVID-19. Once you are cleared, they will insert a very small microchip under the skin of your left hand and one in your forehead. You'll then be able to buy food and toilet paper like you would with a credit card till the stimulus package is cleared.

If you test positive for COVID-19, you'll be taken to a nice clean FEMA camp where you'll stay until quarantine ends, then you'll be tested again. Once clear, you'll receive your microchips and will be free to go.

These microchips will also be able to track your movements and where you go, and if you accidentally come in contact with anyone else who might have had coronavirus, in which case, you'll be taken back to the nearest FEMA camp for re-education and further testing.
