Exactly. Onus is now on the governors and state officials to get their acts together. As the most honest states get their acts together and prove to their neighbors that their economices are stronger and the people are happier, then the neighbors will be under pressure to follow suit or eject their corrupt leaders.
The same principle applies to the WORLD. As captive countries look across the ocean at a re-opened, thriving America, they will realize that only corrupt leaders try to keep the people looked up in their homes, jobless, broke, and scared (a path to communism and fascism). America is the beacon for the world.
