23 captures between 4/3 and 4/15 showing that the SBA was processing EIDL applications through the SBA website up through the time that the appropriations ran out.

According to this, Highlight Technologies has 131 employees and 22 job openings, nowhere near 1000 employees.

Besides, call centers don't need to be in DC, they can be anywhere, even India.

That's a lot of words to say that math doesn't lie.

The SBA has been providing EIDLs for years now (i.e. Puerto Rico), so they should have closing docs all ready drafted.

Obviously, someone needs to review them, but I don't see any attorneys or call center reps on their job openings. One would think they would need more given they just got a new contract at the end of March that quadruples their annual income and they are doing what you claim they are.

Your assumptions as to what I may or may not know about business accounting fall flat.

We're going to have to agree to disagree. Maybe someone will file some FOIAs someday to find out if the EIDL money was distributed properly and what this company was actually doing for $126 million.

Enjoy your PPP loan.
