One thing I don't get. The Jack Dorsey tweet talks of pasta (yeah, I get that) and references "The Satanic Verses." This is not Anton LaVey stuff. The book by Salman Rushdie is a novel that is an allegory to Islam. Mohammad wrote verses in the Quran encouraging polytheism and worshiping the Arabian pagan goddesses as "daughters of Allah." When called out on his hypocrisy, he claimed that he was possessed by Satan when he wrote that crap. (Again, this bastard claiming to have been possessed by Satan is who Muslims claim was the "perfect example" to aspire to… Jesus was never possessed by Satan, yet they claim Mohammad was greater.)
So bringing up Satanic Verses doesn't mean anything. It's just a novel that is more of a criticism of Islam than an embracing of Satanism. It's why Iran wants Rushdie dead.
