Original vid of o'bummer's speech about ISIL.

The vid segment Q linked to was stated during an "Update on Our Campaign to Degrade and Destroy ISIL."

You may pick up much more in this speech, but honestly, by this time in his 'presidency' I had checked out with bug-out-bag at the ready (b/c I was the 'crazy' one mind you).

And I hate to say this but hypocrisy drives me crazy, so for full transparency… this clip, out of context, is damning, but with context I can see that some will say he simply misspoke.

Vid description states:

"The United States is training forces from the Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) militant group, US President Barack Obama said as he spoke from Washington on the 10-year anniversary of the London 7/7 bombings on Tuesday."

This speech was given from the Pentagon on 7/6/15, not 7/7/15. He did not once mention the London bombings anniversary.
