In Andy Basiago's story, he claimed that he first met Barry in Project Pegasus and that both him and Obungo were being groomed for the presidency.
They knew it was coming and either depleted what we had, and or didnt prepare for it, for maximum impact on us, of course.
I learned it from a series of videos on YT from a presentation by Andy himself, and they total about 4 hours.
They are really interesting and cover a lot, and can be used more as background listening.
