These are some things I have learned about the COVID crisis.
(1) Much of our official government apparatus, media, industry world wide is deeply in the pockets of China. Not only are they on the payroll of China, they admire the totalitarian state of China and support getting us there.
(2) We need to be more proactive about taking control of our health. Food is medicine, and proper nutrition will not only help reduce our risk of getting seasonal viruses, etc, it is important to keep our bodies operating a peak efficiency. We all knew this, but it was just easier to grab the quick-heat microwave meal of the fast food meal. COVID is making people more aware of how important nutrition is.
(3) Zinc, selenium, magnesium and copper are all trace minerals that have been stripped from our foods that are key to keeping the immune system able to fight viral infections, not just the current COVID making the rounds.
Quercertin helps get zinc into the cells and stops viral infections from taking off.
N-Acetyl Cysteine helps with respiratory infections, and liver damage. It is used in the treatment of acetominophen overdose, so it is safe and effective

** Now I know why plumbing piping has traditionally been copper, but there has been a recent shift to push plastic tubing/piping for plumbing and away from copper.

(4) Anti-parasite medicines are cheap, easily available and can help prevent and/or cure a wide variety of diseases, not just parasitic infections.
Hydroxychloroquine/Chloroquine for malaria, HIV, COVID, etc.
Fenbendazole for cancer
These cures were hidden because there is no big pot of money for big Pharma if these treatments become widespread.
"Goldman Sachs: Is curing cancer a sustainable business model?"

"My cancer story rocks" - in the blog post, it is discussed how there had already been successful trials of fenbendazole (Panacur) for cancer treatments, but that the next phase, double blind human trials, would not happen, because no one would fund studies that wouldn't be a big pay off for big Pharma.
Why isn't our government then funding these studies under the guise of optimal public health? Because, as we have seen in the twisted connections between Redfield, Fauci, Brix and many others, and big Pharma and in particular, the vaccine industry.
