I thought it was just a tax credit based on the taxes you pay in 2020, I guess in over payment of income taxes you make this year or in subsequent years will have the stimulus credit deducted from until the credit is payed back.

Not sure on this but am thinking that it what it amounts to. Are there accountant tax fags around that can explain or clarify this
