its not even new. H.R.5717 was drafted in 2018 and recently renamed and reintroduced with S. 3254 added to it.
even if it somehow miraculously got through both the house and congress, it would be immediately veto'd by POTUS. all this bill does is expose the dems for the anti constitutionists that they are.

if you're going to dismantle a network of 1000s of swamp rats it has to be done meticulously with military precision, and with a result than cannot be refuted legally, in the media or otherwise. completely iron clad. but first you have to drain the swamp, which is what we've seen at the DOJ, FBI, judiciary branch and other departments. investigations are now currently underway and will produce indictments when they are ready, and not a moment sooner. it would be easy to just slap together some rag tag investigation to push a narrative like the DS did with crossfire hurricane. but as we have seen, this tactic does not produce results.
arrests will happen, but too many anons think that POTUS just has to send Barr a memo telling him to arrest everyone and poof, its done.
