The difference in actions would be how the accumulated experiences of each individuals surroundings influenced them, but otherwise I would believe that people would act one person if using their infinite creativity to make decisions.

 

Maybe your answer is that no two individuals can share the same space in the universe, always being influenced differently by their surroundings, so no two individuals can act as one making the theory impossible to prove.

 

Also, in reality, because of religion forcing people to think in a thought system rather than using their infinite creativity, it would need to be compensated for when making ones own decisions.
