Use Epic browser.
It has an encrypted proxy, just make sure the exit node is not in your country, to make it much more difficult to trace you.
You should also install DNSCrypt, make sure to set your DNS setting to the 127.0.0.1 loopback, this will prevent them from seeing that you use Epic at all.
Now they can't see you, or track you.
