Prove this wrong: Potus does not tell the enemy his plans, however, would he reveal them After he his plan is in action ? If Potus places both houses of congress in recess, is he required to notify anyone other than congress? Has Potus in the past mentioned things that were all ready done as if they were not completed yet ?
