Then there are partial pathnames throughout like data/output and model/something. Then there are script names like splitCSUs.sh and createLMDBs.sh, parseLog.py

The center looks like working through the definition of a database table.

At the top center looks like a mapping between clust[er]ID and CNNfeat (CNN feature?). Hmmm. Maybe this is mapping the response of a cluster of polling targets to a CNN program?

At the bottom center - M1 - CNN only, M2 - CNN + GSC(?)
