I think it's because of the August 2017 Rosenstein memo, and the ensuing Twitter analyses by a number of people, which led straight from Rosenstein to Manafort to the Podestas' lobbying group to Perkins Coie to Hillary to some Ukrainian oligarch.
It's a HUGE drop and incriminates a long list of people and corporate entities.
