See the attached graph. Not all of these diseases turned pandemic, but they were there nonetheless. I'd reason that the DS playbook has a pandemic all packaged and ready to go every election year, just in case their preferred candidate looks likely to lose. All it needs is a nod to the WHO. They are not there to contain pandemics, but to cause them.
Game Theory suggests that Q Team knew exactly what was likely to go down and planned accordingly. Whatever deep op is happening right now is a consequence of the DS created pandemic. The DS likely figured that their move would be countered, and so on. It's one huge game of chess being played out across the world in real-time. All the main players are actors.
POTUS knew that a fake pandemic was coming. He called it out right at the beginning for those who were listening. Then called out CHQ and was rubbished for it. The DS are determined to keep CHQ under wraps. It's too effective. When this is all done, the deaths will likely be blamed on the Chinks, Fauci, Birx, the CDC head (name gone) and Gates. The media will be called out for their part in assisting to create the mess.
The only other card I can see left for the DS is a fake and gay alien invasion. That's what Space Force is there to counter. If they play that card out of desperation, POTUS will reveal stuff we never dreamed out as the counter.
