Sound frequencies are important yet, but just a small part of the full spectrum. For the healing audible sounds there is probably a lot of research out there - but I would also look into the harmonics of those frequencies.
As I said before the flow of the electron/current (via the unit circle) provides the shadows of the fields of both the electric and magnetic fields we experience

Time is often considered as either Z'(Z prime) or T; some use i (imaginary, but that can also be used as a space dimension). Wavelength is the Meters to complete one sine wave cycle, Frequency is the number of cycles/second.
To me it seems obvious that EM energy influences our biological systems as the biological systems are all made from EM activity at the atomic and subatomic level.
