The documents included transcripts and material related to the Committee’s investigation into Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) actions leading up to and during the Spygate scandal.
The information included transcripts of undercover FBI spies interviewing George Papadopoulos in 2016.

IMF approves $1.4 billion transfer for Pakistan
The International Monetary Fund’s executive board approved a transfer worth nearly $1.4 billion to Pakistan on April 16, as the country’s authorities’ try to tackle Covid-19.
The IMF made available over 1 billion in special drawing rights, or 50% of Pakistan’s quota in the fund, through its Rapid Financing Instrument.

A mysterious set of hackers has in recent months launched data-stealing attacks against Azerbaijan government officials and companies in the country’s wind industry, researchers from Cisco Talos said Thursday.
The attackers are using a new hacking tool, whose code is littered with references to English playwright William Shakespeare, to try to gain remote access to target computers and exfiltrate data automatically.
The allusion to Shakespeare is an enigma, as is the culprit. What is clear is that Azerbaijan faced a concerted effort to steal data from sensitive assets in and out of government.

Videos: USS Vermont becomes latest Virginia-class fast-attack submarine in service
The U.S. Navy commissioned USS Vermont (SSN 792), the 19th Virginia-class attack submarine, today, April 18, 2020.
Although the traditional public commissioning ceremony was cancelled due to public health safety and restrictions of large public gatherings, the Navy commissioned USS Vermont administratively and transitioned the ship to normal operations. Meanwhile, the Navy is looking at a future opportunity to commemorate the special event with the ship’s sponsor, crew and commissioning committee.
