Merit foods looks to create 240 jobs for increasing the use of questionable canola in more meatless foods.

Right now the seeds are pressed for oil and the seed remnants are sold as 'feed'. That looks to change.

Then there is the Protein Industries Supercluster with a whopping 4,500 jobs increase. Might want to look at their projects and the implications.
