I believe one of the first Pulitzer Prizes represented the first False Flag in American history. The sinking of the Lusitania occurred on May 1, 1915 by a torpedo from a German submarine. The upcoming second anniversary was supposedly used as the reason why the United States entered into the First World War on April 7, 1917. American public demanded retribution.

Certain Lusitania's passengers were warned of the ship's doom including Mr. Alfred Gwynne Vanderbilt who ignored the warning and sailed.On the two links below, the passenger lists do not match. A Miss Gertrude Vanderbilt is on one but not the one, same with Mr. Alfred Vanderbilt. Who else was on Lusitania?
Notice that some of the passengers who survived the Titanic which went down on April 14-15, 1912, were on the Lusitania passenger list.
Were these false flag crisis actors (rumoured that the Titanic’s hold had been dynamited and that is why it went down) on the Titanic who were later killed on the Lusitania? Is there a similar pattern with false flags of today where crisis actors survive one false flag then are in other false flag events, later being killed off in some way?
