Red Bus
Coventry and Whitcomb/ Wardour Streets
360 View on Wardour Street, JAN 2013

Multiple 360 degree takes at the scene of Q's Red Bus pic, which is adjacent to LSquare and Chinatown and about 10-minutes walking from the scene of Q's pics of Piccadilly Circus (as illustrated in this vid's zoom-out opening cut).
Note that there are two bus stand areas at this location. The Tour Bus company used both of these areas PRIOR to the period of demolition and construction which began MAR 2014. You might be able to discern the basics of the bus stop sign which appeared there PRIOR to demolition work. This sign in vid of SEP 2013 does not match the sign in Q's pic of Red Bus. However, as per other pictorial evidence, the bus sign was changed for the construction period. The city's approval for this change was made 29-OCT-2013 and the change does match Q's Red Bus pic. So that change plus the date of the start of demolition helps to narrow the dating of the Red Bus pic to OCT/NOV 2013 to 23 MAR 2014. And the sauce vid here was taken JAN 2013 (8 months earlier) so serves to illustrate the Red Bus scene fairly well.
Q's London Pics

Q supplied title = Fsurv_londonps1.png ~ Field Surveillance London Peter Strzok
The scene of this photo: Coventry St & Wardour St, near Leicester Square, London, UK. Embedded video shows the scene (in 2013, on a rainy day, in 3 clips, each 360 degree view). Opens with long view down Coventry to statue at Piccadilly Circus.
Look for the reflection in Q's pic, the red bus side panel reflects the white building on street corner. Note the bus stop sign. Also look in the background, left side of photo frame, for PS wearing red hat and tan trousers as he approached the intersection. Match the ticket stand in same background with the ticket stand on left side of video frame. Compare with Q's London Pics of Winter Wonderland (Hyde Park) in which PS stands posing for a selfie while wearing same hat, coat, trousers, boots.
Note that the red bus is a Routemaster Lengthened (RML) and most likely a private hire (RMLs discontinued on TfL routes) considering the location of the bus stop.
RMLs were 2-man operation. Driver fairly secluded upfront and a Conductor open to the public in rear open platform.
