How would that commercial lien work in Canada?
The police officer is providing labour to improve one's life (see definition below). How is putting a person in a psychiatric institution improving life?
The offensive move while they are in your home is to threaten them with a commercial lien against them personally, and mention some dollar figure, which would threaten their credit rating.
If the verbal offense doesn't work, you would need to put a commercial lien on while you are in a psychiatric institution, so you would need someone to bring you papers to sign and then mail them, and wait for processing.

A commercial lien (which used to be called a garage keepers' lien) is an interest in goods held by a person who either:
provides labour or materials to repair or improve goods;
stores goods; or
transports goods.
If a person takes a car into a mechanic's shop for repairs but does not pay the bill, the mechanic can take out a commercial lien on the car for the value of the work that was performed on it.
If a person takes goods to a warehouse in order to store them there and then does not pay the bill, the warehouse owner can submit a commercial lien on the property being stored.

I have watched this episode, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtIYFCjUTSo, which was recommended by David Icke in one of his books. But at the end of the episode, I have to sign up to watch the next episode, and so it seemed like a money scam to me.
I also watched a YT video of that very smart first nations guy on the same topic of suing, can't remember his name, but so much of his story didn't match as he told it. So that made me doubtful too.
