No. Your comment is idiotic (sorry).
Musician composer performer anon here. I have been reading silly/uninformed comments from many anons about music and sound frequencies since we began this op and have refrained from weighing in lest I dox muhself.
An octave is defined as a frequency ratio of 2. For example one octave above 440 hz is 880 hz. One octave below is 220 hz.
A harmonic is an integer multiple of a fundamental frequency. First harmonic of 440 hz is 880 Hz (1 octave higher). 2nd harmonic is 3x440 = 1320 Hz which will sound as an octave plus a fifth above the fundamental. 3rd harmonic is 4x440 = 1760 Hz whch will sound 2 octaves above the fundamental. And so forth.
The Q Clear Your Mind Heal video is in the key of ~252 Hz . That note is close to B3.
You can play that note with an online tone generator
https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/
Set it to 252 Hz
and play the webm and compare back and forth.
The webm quickly introduces other notes but they belong to the scale defined by a tonic of ~252 Hz.
