I must say I am super mad and super heartbroken. The Lenox China Company is closing for good. I collect china and I won’t be able to complete my collections BUT that’s not why I’m upset. Did you know Lenox china was all made in the USA? Did you know they make the Presidential china? Did you know they were already working on President Trump’s china? Did you know that the town of Kinston, NC where the plant is has already suffered so much loss in the last 25 years? From manufacturing loss to tobacco loss to hurricanes and floods. Gosh I hope so. Someone very close to me is having to say goodbye to a 35 year career with Lenox. This person helped open the Kinston plant. I know many who are now heartbroken because they are out of a job.
