Trump Threatens To Adjourn Congress And Make Recess Appointments

President Donald Trump is furious with Congress dragging its heels and not confirming his appointments for vacancies in the administration.

It a time of national crisis the nation needs all hands on deck and playing politics is not going to help the citizens.

That is why on Wednesday the president threatened to use his executive power to adjourn the House and Senate if they did not start approving his nominees.

“The Senate should either fulfill its duty and vote on my nominees or it should formally adjourn so I can make recess appointments,” he said.
