I have a feeling that POTUS is going to go with China making a "mistake". The reason why, is because after that China will be his/our bitch. Forever. I'm on board with that.
Remember, Chinese want to save face. If we declare that they did this purposefully the world will gang up on them (and us). I think it will be beneficial to us in the long run if it's deemed a "mistake".
