Just an observation. Repeated from a post earlier today. All the news coverage on the US pulling their bombers off Guam seems 'kinda panicky in nature. I'm actually pleased to see them leave because three weeks ago they had an aircraft carrier with a lot of sick people pull up to the dock. The carrier has it's own air wing that could man the airbase. Makes sense to get Air Force assets out of there and let the Navy deal with their situation there. Why place the bomber wing readiness at risk by keeping them on Guam? It also would free up some housing, if needed, for sailors that might need it. Spread them out a little more off the cramped quarters of the ship or the reduced housing available if the Air Force stayed in place.

>I know thisโ€ฆthe military would know WAY before the civilian sector.

Agree

>I am convinced this was an intentional attack, despite what they are going to tell you in the media.

Agree

>It's a matter of trying to keep us all calmโ€ฆwhen in fact, we should be mad as fucking hell!

I think high command is exactly that. Mad as hell.

The obscured picture of where the virus first boarded the vessel clarified slightly when one Navy official, speaking on background, told Navy Times that incoming crews performing routine supply flight operations were the likely culprits โ€” not a port call in Da Nang, Vietnam, as previously believed.

US anon here. Was pleased to 60 minutes Australia cover the defecting ChiCom spy a while back. Anon felt that their coverage outshone the job that 60 minutes US has been doing. But then again. What do I know? I don't live there. So I defer to the opinion of Australian citizens as to how good good a job they really are doing.

They covered a lot of vices. Cocaine off hooker's asses. Gambling. Sex. Drugs. Funny I don't remember Rock and Roll being mentioned. I think the subject of music came up though. Also mentioned Church. Although only in the context of finding a good woman.
