Okay for Freedom Loving Patriots everywhere in the USA, but especially in "LOCKDOWN STATES," who want to PULL THE PLUG ON IT!

Law fag here, no longer licensed, but with over 30 years of experience. My thought is that we (Maybe "I") forum shop for a Federal District Judge appointed by President DJT.

Next, taking a page right out of the "Resistance" Playbook, A Petition is filed with that favorable Judge requesting a Nationwide Injunction against further enforcement of all Unconstitutional Orders made by what I now consider to be illegitimate Governors, Mayors, etc., who made Orders that are unquestionably Unconstitutional "on their face." That means, the documents speak for themselves and are the only evidence needed, at least at the Preliminary Injunction Stage.

If you'll recall, and what infuriated us Patriots the most, was that some Obama appointed piss ant local District Judge, could issue an Order usurping a Lawful Order made by the POTUS that applied NATIONWIDE. Now, we do the same!

The best thing about it is, the Injunction would be applied NATIONWIDE! No need to file in every fucking liberal blue state. I live in California, and plan on beginning my research of the Judges here, first. Remember, it has been determined that POTUS' appointment of Judges on the 9th Circuit have already flipped it from the most liberal (aka the Ninth Circus), to Conservative. Sure there are still Obama holdovers, but they wouldn't be the one deciding the Merits!

We need some muscle, some clout, someonne with experience with this type of thing. I had one case in Federal court my whole legal career, and it had nothing to do with an injunction. I would still research it and see if I am up to it. I never had a Federal case before the first one, and I won a settlement against a local City and Police Department for my client.

Anyway, thinking of someone like Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, or maybe The ACLJ. Jay Seculow is one of GEOTUS's attorneys, and President has been twat storming against the states where this is happening! I'll try to think of a former collegue that may have the know how to pull this off!

I say bullshit on that! We don't have time for that, right now. This is just stopgap, and faced with the possibility of losing up the road and all of the negative press generated, they could voluntarily rescind their orders. If not, like another anon suggested, we file in all 50 states. This just shuts it down in the meantime.

It's kind of a specious argument that you can't use a means that may be unconstitutional, to halt Orders that unquestionably are! Besides all of that, it may save innocent lives. People are already protesting in the streets, and the longer this goes on, the greater the danger of full blown civil unrest. We wouldn't want a situation where they are using the National Guard against ordinary citizens fed up with this nonsense.

Anons, what if today Apr. 19, 2020, the second shot heard around the World happened, and it signaled the START of the Second American Revolution?
