It appears to be a discussion/Formulation of HIV.
On a quick glance…at these boards..thought was it was a formulation for HIV, However these boards appear to be discussing how to saturate and frame narrative..with CNN

Couldn't find any markers on the images to find out where this is..judging by the foliage it could be almost any where. The buildings though have a base..kind of look to them.
