These are not typically fitted with ADS-B transponders which means that in a lot of cases, Planefags won't see them.

Also, Q and POTUS only let us see what they want us to see, we don't get to see everything.

We concentrate on planes like the Army and Marine C560 Citations, Signals Intelligence planes like B350 Liberty and Guardrail p[lanes as these give is a little window into what planning might be going on. Similarly, D328 Wolfhounds are JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) and these are the planners in the field, gathering information and making plans.

We try to read between the lines but it's not an exact science.

I ran the tail numbers of the helicopters that I saw earlier through some searches and about 40% of them are medical flights.
