Requiring everyone to wear masks when they are out of their homes? On what grounds? Some stores in my area are calling the police on people who are not wearing masks, there is no fine currently for disobeying the order. I refuse to wear one because Fuck em. Yes it does. Cuomo signed executive order mandating all NYers wear any face covering when they cannot "social distance". I already had the virus. I'm in Upstate, not one of the rats in NYC. March 3rd they said do not wear masks as it does not protect you, now they're mandating it. Fucking idiots.
