What can provide the Zinc ionophore effect by Chloroquine/Hydroxychloroquine but without a prescription and likely safer?

Research Quercetin and Epigallocatechin-gallate ionophoric effects with Zinc.

Epigallocatechin-gallate can be found in green tea or supplement. Quercetin in numerous plants or supplement.

But from what I've found so far, Quercetin dose would require around 5grams per day intake to have a significant effect.

However, bioavailability of Quercetin is likely increased by the following potentially cutting the dose of Quercetin by 80%:

Ginger root (Gingerol)

6,7-Dihydroxybergamottin (active ingredient in grapefruit)

Peperine (active ingredient in black pepper)

Vitamin C increases bioactivity.

Big caveat! Grapefruit can and will affect numerous prescription medications.
