Yeah yelp sucks and uses shady business practices. Many small companies have tried to fight back but its David vs Goliath. Reviews are hidden, good reviews, and then a business is hounded and solicited to advertise with fast confusing phone calls. Many businesses sign up, not realizing what they get into. Contracts are impossible to get out of.

Yelp elites are wined and dined into writing more reviews and their reviews are never hidden. It’s all a big scam. Sauce me, a former yelper (ugh).

Shady company and anyone married to someone so high up is shady as hell..they all know what’s going on.
