The idiot MD doesn’t know shit about the performance of a vaccine anyway, because there isn’t one available. Since this virus is well nigh harmless for most people that will contract it, the risks from allowing herd immunity to develop are far lower than the risks inherent in a rushed out vaccine, particularly for “at risk” groups, where severe responses to a live virus after vaccination have arisen.
