What visa? Fiancée? Bad people coming to US also this pressures Dems to reopen. If no one is essential how are immigrants essential. Trump is protecting Americans as the President of USA SHOULD DO. Family based, especially Petitions already in process will likely continue.. I can post memos and policy guidance as it comes out but I likely won’t.. many offices are closed for visa processing due to wuhanvirus.. if it’s a Chinese spouse then the wait is likely to be much longer..
