I always figured China COULD control NK if they wanted to… and so it NEVER made sense to me why they would "let" NK "get away" with being a dangerous world nuisance when they were ostensibly trying to be a "serious superpower". Why didn't they tell Kim to STFU and just be a Chinese vassal? Presumably because "China" was not entirely controlling China…
I never understood how CIA could be directly controlling NK even if that is what Q suggested… wouldn't it be too obvious? But if CIA/DS were controlling ChInA which in turn controlled NK… that would be plausible.
The whole "rise of China" always struck me as an obviously unsustainable crock of shit.. they were obviously leaching off the rest of the world as opposed to building a long-term national infrastructure and it was sure to blow up… but if they were being controlled and that was part of the cabal plan, I suppose that makes sense.
