No thanks needed, we(i) do it gladly, we serve you.  I cant say this enough, some of the people in this agency are superstars, that could do anything they want in life. Yet they do this. I am constantly  feeling the need to pick it up, to not embarrass myself around them.

We have the law and authority to fix the immigration problem it's in the code. We just need to enforce them…be allowed to do so actually. Its been done before by a previous president.

You dont need a gigantic cement wall…it is a waste, honestly.  I know potus knows this and he is trolling the msm hard everytime. Unfortunately it also angers some of the good guys when mentions of a "fence" not a huuuuge wall is brought up.

You need a double fence like the pic.  It stops 99% of foot entry and slows the rest enough to be able to respond. Vehicles  incursions  also dont bother with the double fence.  The other pic is the middle of the road for the fence.  Currently  the majority of our southern fence looks like this.  The bottom of the road is nothing. Absolutely nothing. EPA is a problem. Those areas…being honest with you guys. We need to do better yesterday.

We need more agents. The job is rewarding, but its alot to deal with. Our suicide rate is embarrassing, i wont even post it.  Its bad guys, we need help bad.

Our divorce rate is the same. This causes the above almost always.

We make good money if you can last more than 5 years…even so the average turnover ratio  of a new agent/average career of an agent in general is 3-4 years.  They move to other agencies or just go back to their old jobs because this is not for them.  Food for thought.

If geotus or q wants the army down here. IMHO, bring and give/grant them 1896s statuses to all of the active and guard who are 31e and 36b mos.  Put the 31s to do all the processing freeing up the agents to hit the line and bolster further our ranks with 36s. That would work.  It would take the least amount of trainning and time to execute and start seeing results asap.  Its been a while but feel free to correct me if i had the mos's wrong guys.

Q…quick question…without doxing myself, i hope. I got this feeling, problably Wrong.  Do you have an antivirus up and running?
