Shorten temporary work visas to one year from three years. Require a renewal based on a lottery every year.

This has the effect of destroying banking and tech's reliance on these temporary visas to permanently replace American workers. Greatly increases the carrying cost, like a tax, and increases the instability and churn of temporary visa holders. This would return the "temporary" to temporary visas.

Make visa quotas by country reciprocal, like trade. Your country only gets issued as many work visas as your country issues to Americans to work in your country. Fairness to the American worker.

A shift to a one-year temporary work visa effectively turns work visa labor into trainers of American permanent works.

And this is how it should be.

Using a one-year term for temporary work visas and issuing annual renewals, only up to three total, by a one-third odds lottery would deal a devastating blow to the racist staffing policies of the Indian nationalists and Chinese nationalists running (formerly) American corporations.

A shift to one-year work visas begins to eliminate temporary work visa holders from being moved into management roles, which itself reveals they are being used as permanent employees. So visa fraud or abuse.

Start declining, non-renewing and cancelling green cards based on social media internet usage.

Are these individuals frequently visiting indian nationalist or chinese nationalist websites?

Do they share links to these sites?

Do they criticize the American system of government, American workers, Americans, or individuals due to their religion, nationality or race?

If they are in management positions, how many people did they hire in the last five years? How many were other visa holders from their home country? How many were Americans? How many Americans did they abuse and force out of their company?

Start asking those questions, because those are what affect real voters on the ground.

Because all temporary work visa holders do most or all of those.

a one-year temporary work visa with an annual renewal under a quota that only approves one-third of the applications creates an engine that removes the facility for corporations to commit broad and sweeping visa/green card abuse and fraud.

Serious attention should be given to criminal charges and prison sentences against corporations and the chinese nationalist and indian nationalist executives committing these crimes.

If you put a dozen senior corporate executives in prison for 20 years, and do it loudly, the others will all behave.

It will likely take something that dramatic to stop the systemic visa and green card fraud from corporate execs that harms a broad swath of American workers.

There is a lot of video of speeches and many blog and op-ed writings by corrupt corporate executives in the US advocating what amounts to temporary work visa fraud and abuse.

Speeches where they brag that they have removed 85% of the American workers from a thousand employee division, and virtue signal that it was in the name of the vacuous "diversity" concept, when in reality the exec is a chinese or indian nationalist who hates America and Americans.

We need a ranking of major corporations as a racism index.

Their recent purges of Americans using visa fraud would have to be a critical component.
